Our professional carpet technicians are fully trained in using the hot water extraction technique for cleaning carpets. We only use natrual eco green chemicals that are safe for your family and pets. Before we clean any carpet our technician will carry out a survey on your carpet, this is essential to ascertain what the fibres are made from, dye bleed and the type of backing used. The results from the survey will show us which products to use and the best method to clean.

The Process We Use

1, A slow vacuum of the carpet to remove as much soil particles as possible.

2, A pre spray chemical is pumped sprayed over the carpet to break down soil particles.

3, The pre spray is agitated deep in to the carpet fibres by machine or by brush.

4, Afer 10-15 minutes the carpet is ready to be flushed clean. We use a low PH chemical to rinse and flush the carpet. This is called hot water extraction, a combined action of flushing at high pressure and vacuuming the moisture and dirt at the same time. Any remaining soil will be removed at this point leaving the carpet smelling fresh and clean.

5, Carpet pile is reset and combed through.
