Established in 2006 we now work closely with a number of reputable estate agents, lettings agents and private landlords across London, Surrey, Kent and Middlesex. Our cleaners will arrive at your property with all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. We have been working in the property sector for over 5 years and we know how important it is for the tenant or landlord to have a sparkling clean property before or after the tenancy.

We only use high quality cleaning concentrate chemicals and products which can not be bought on the high street. On every clean our aim is to use green eco friendly products.

End of Tenancy Cleaning - Prices (No VAT to pay)

Our End Of Tenancy Cleaning includes

Kitchen:

wet wipe and chemical spray all kitchen cupboards and drawers
clean sink and taps, remove lime scale as much as possible, polish with chrome chemical
wet wipe and chemical spray microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer. Fridge/freezer needs to be defrosted
wet wipe, chemical spray and chrome chemical polish of oven/hob (*additional cost for deep clean of oven/ hob)
wet wipe and chemical spray all kitchen surfaces
clean, hoover and mop floor using floor cleaner
clean inside windows with glass cleaner
wet wipe woodwork
(* additional cost for cleaning pots, pans, cutlery and utensils)

Bathroom and Toilets:

clean inside windows, mirrors with glass cleaner
clean and disinfect bathroom floors
clean and disinfect sanitary ware
clean bath, sink, showers and tiles, remove as much limescale/ mould as possible

Bedroom, Living and Dining Room:

wet wipe and clean all door frames and woodwork
wet wipe and clean all skirting boards and radiators
vacuum all carpets and mop wooden floors
wet wipe, clean and dust furniture belonging to property

all carpets will be hoovered (*additional cost for professional cleaning of carpets)

For all end of tenancy bookings and one off cleans we do not clear rubbish or excessive quantities of litter

With every end of tenancy clean a 15% discount on carpet cleaning will apply off the prices below

All our carpet technicians are thoroughly trained, an inspection survey is carried out to determine dye bleed, the carpet pile materials and backing. After a slow thorough vacuum, we then use a suitable pre spray which is agitated to break down the soiled fibres, carry out spot removal and then flush using hot water extraction finished with the carpet pile reset. All our machines are manufactured by Prochem and our cleaning products are Eco Friendly Green Natural products by Prochem.

No professional cleaning company can guarantee that every spot/ stain is removed during the carpet cleaning process.

If you need to have the carpets cleaned as part of an end of tenancy, we will send a trained carpet technician to clean them. Unlike other cleaning companies, our carpet technicians only clean carpets and do not do general domestic cleaning. This way they are totally focused on cleaning the carpets to the very best standard.
